What we collect

Only what you tell us through the website form or on WhatsApp:

• Your name
• Your phone number and, if you provide it, your email address
• What you are looking for: rental or purchase, city and area, budget, bedrooms, pets, move-in date and whether you have financing approved

What we use it for

To handle your enquiry, understand which property suits you and put you in touch with a real estate advisor who can show it to you.

Who we share it with (please read)

Your contact details are shared with professional real estate advisors registered on our platform, so they can contact you and offer properties matching your search. These advisors pay to access your enquiry and, in doing so, agree to use your data solely to assist you and never to pass it on to third parties.

Each enquiry goes to one advisor only: you will not be called by several people about the same request.

We do not sell or share your data with anyone else, nor for advertising unrelated to your property search.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your search and meet applicable legal obligations. You may ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You may access your data, correct it, delete it or object to its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. You may also ask us to stop sharing your data with advisors.

Security

Your data is stored on our own server with restricted access. Advisors who have not yet paid for your enquiry can only see what you are looking for; your name and phone number stay hidden until then.

Any change will be published on this page along with its date.
